The Journey
We start with a free obligation consultation enquiry. Our dedicated stylist will get in touch via your preferred method to discuss your required themes and colours. We will provide you with some inspiration and you’ll get the opportunity to look through our previous work as well as getting to see some of our stock items (subject to availability).
It’s important to us that we gain a strong understanding of what you’re aiming to achieve so that we can create a bespoke quote that is tailored to your vision so feel free to bring along your Pinterest boards, fabric swatches, names of your favourite flowers etc! They’re the essential ingredients to developing your own personal style!

So, after the initial meeting and your quote has been sent across to you. We urge you to review the styling proposal and let us know if you have any questions at all.

So, after the initial meeting and your quote has been sent across to you. We urge you to review the styling proposal and let us know if you have any questions at all. If anything needs to be amended then we’ll tweak and adjust things until you’re completely happy. You’ll then be sent a booking form along with a copy of our T&C’s and bank details. We will require a non-refundable booking fee in order to secure your date in our diary and reserve the stock in your quote. As soon we receive your deposit, you’ll be sent a receipt to keep for your records and you can rest safe in the knowledge that your venue will look amazing on the day!

Within eight weeks prior to your wedding/event, our stylist will be in touch to confirm your final details and finalise your invoice which will be due for payment six weeks prior to your wedding/event. In the final week running up to your wedding/event, our stylist will contact the venue to arrange an access time and this will then be confirmed with yourself so that you know when to expect us.

Depending on your venue, this may be on the day of your wedding/event or before. We will then start the magic of transforming your vision into reality by bringing the styling elements together. You can be rest assured in the knowledge that everything is taken care of! Once set up we’ll leave you to enjoy your special day. Our stylist will return after the event or the following day to collect everything, leaving you one less thing to worry about.
